Maintain estimating databases, historical cost information, and productivity metrics.
Support design-build and negotiated project pursuits from conceptual planning through final proposal submission.
Ensure estimates align with contract requirements, project schedules, and client expectations.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred.3+ years of mechanical estimating experience in commercial, institutional, industrial, or mission-critical environments.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical construction systems.
Proficiency with estimating software, takeoff tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and BIM models.
Understanding of labor productivity, equipment pricing, and construction means and methods.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
