Qualifications 1+ years of commercial construction estimating experience (any trade) Architectural lighting and controls experience preferred Comfortable navigating electrical and architectural plans and specifications Strong math skills; comfortable with price multipliers, discounts, markups, and margins Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Responsibilities Review and analyze architectural plans and specifications Create accurate material takeoffs for light fixture and control packages Generate vendor RFPs Collaborate internally with project managers and account managers Draft proposals for review Apply working knowledge of electrical, ADA, and energy code requirements Reference hotel brand standards during takeoff and proposal work Quickly adopt Paragon's takeoff and proposal software Support the estimation team with high-volume, deadline-driven work Join us at Paragon where your expertise will contribute directly to successful hotel projects across the country!
