Position entails stick built home estimating from the ground up. After training period, opportunity for a fast track to Estimating/Purchasing position is very likely. Applicant must be proficient with computerized estimating systems including View Point and Plan Swift takeoff software. Applicant must have a strong knowledge of residential construction, building codes and a minimum of 1 year experience in residential estimating. A degree in construction is a plus.
