Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mitigation Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial mitigation projects related to water, fire, smoke, and mold losses. This role is responsible for managing projects from initial assessment through completion, ensuring quality workmanship, proper documentation, and clear communication with all parties involved. The ideal candidate is organized, field-savvy, and comfortable balancing site work with administrative and customer communication responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Manage mitigation projects from initial loss assessment through job completion Perform site inspections and determine appropriate mitigation scope and approach Coordinate mitigation technicians and subcontractors to meet project timelines Ensure work is completed in accordance with IICRC standards and company procedures Maintain accurate job documentation including photos, moisture readings, and daily logs Prepare and update project notes, estimates, and documentation in Xactimate Communicate professionally with customers, adjusters, and internal teams Monitor job progress, quality, and safety compliance Identify potential issues and recommend solutions to leadership Qualifications Previous experience in mitigation project management or lead mitigation roles Strong knowledge of water, fire, smoke, and mold mitigation processes Familiarity with IICRC standards (WRT, ASD, or related certifications preferred) Experience using Xactimate and documentation platforms Valid driver's license and clean background check Ability to travel to job sites Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Performance-based incentives Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable) Growth opportunities within a stable and expanding organization Supportive team environment with clear processes and expectations
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
