Sr. Estimator with Accubid experience- Electrical Construction

The Opportunity This isn't a seat-filling role. The owner is intentionally wanting to bring in a seasoned estimator who can lead preconstruction.

The right person will:

Own the estimating function from day one — take over the full bid process and run it the right way Set the standard for quality over quantity — we want good bids, not just high volume Be in the office, part of the team, and at the table with senior leadership Build relationships with GCs and be a face of preconstruction for the company Grow as the company scales to $20M and beyond About the Company We're a commercial electrical subcontractor based in Smyrna, GA at a genuine inflection point. After years of laying a strong operational foundation, the company is now professionalizing and scaling — with a current backlog of $7-8M and a clear target of $20M within three years. We do commercial work across the Atlanta metro: senior living communities, hotels, schools, multifamily up to $4M, ground-up commercial, and data center work on the horizon. We have established relationships with top GCs in the market and a 30+ person field crew backing up every bid we send out. What We're Looking For You don't have to be a Sr. Estimator on paper — a strong Estimator with solid fundamentals and the right mindset will be considered. We're open on background.

What matters most:
