Job Summary Senior Estimator - Single Family Flooring D-3 Flooring Services is looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to support our single-family new home construction flooring projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed, analytical work, can manage multiple estimates and deadlines, and takes ownership of getting the work right and completed on time. This is a full time in person position located in Woodstock, GA. What You'll Do Prepare accurate estimates for tile, LVP, hardwood, laminate, carpet, and vinyl projects Review plans, specifications, selections, and project requirements Calculate material and labor needs and prepare detailed installer work orders Manage bids, revisions, and estimating deadlines Identify and resolve missing information or discrepancies Coordinate with clients, vendors, installers, and internal team members as needed Follow projects through to ensure estimating details are complete and accurate What Makes Someone Successful in This Role You will likely enjoy and succeed in this role if you: Take pride in accurate, detail-oriented work Enjoy working independently and staying focused Work with a sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy Are comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines Take ownership and follow through from start to finish Proactively identify and resolve problems Communicate clearly and collaborate when input is needed What We're Looking For Previous flooring estimating experience Strong understanding of flooring materials and installation requirements Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and project documents Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable working with RFMS Measure estimating and project management systems Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines while maintaining accuracy Company Summary Our mission is to deliver superior flooring results across single family, commercial and multi-family/build-to-rent sectors through unbreakable partnerships.
