Estimator / Project Manager - Residential and Commercial Roofing, Siding & Insulation Sioux City, IA Full-Time Base Salary + Commission Elite Executive Partners is seeking a motivated Estimator / Project Manager for a well-established Sioux City area company specializing in residential and commercial roofing, siding, and insulation. This hands-on position combines estimating, project management, customer communication, and jobsite inspections. Construction, roofing, estimating, or project management experience is preferred. Candidates with a strong construction background and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, plans, specifications, and technical documents. Inspect and measure roofs and other project areas. Prepare estimates and calculate material, labor, and equipment requirements. Coordinate projects from estimate through completion. Schedule and coordinate materials, crews, and project requirements. Monitor jobsites for quality, safety, specifications, and manufacturer requirements. Learn manufacturer installation and warranty requirements. Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, crews, suppliers, and manufacturers. Maintain accurate estimates, project records, and customer communications. Qualifications Construction, roofing, estimating, or project management experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints and construction documents. Strong math, analytical, and estimating skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Valid driver's license and dependable transportation. Ability to travel to local jobsites. Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus. Physical & Jobsite Requirements This position requires regular access to active construction sites and rooftops. Candidates must be able to safely perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including: Climbing exterior, interior, and vertical ladders. Accessing rooftops through roof hatches. Safely transitioning between ladders and rooftops. Navigating parapet walls and other rooftop obstacles. Walking and working on rooftops and active jobsites. Carrying equipment needed for inspections and project management. Working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Following all ladder, fall-protection, and jobsite safety requirements. #eli
