$80,000-$90,000/year Program CNC lathes/turning centers for precision gear-related parts Craft machining strategies for demanding geometries and tolerances Advise on technical feasibility and support quoting from the applications side Dial in tooling, reduce cycle time, and elevate throughput Partner with engineering and shop-floor teams for smooth execution
