full-time Senior Cost Estimator Chicago, IL | On-site About the Role Seeking an experienced Senior Cost Estimator with 5-10+ years of construction estimating/project management experience . The ideal candidate will have strong experience developing multi-disciplinary estimates across Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP scopes and managing project budgets from pre-construction through completion. Key Requirements 5-10 years of construction cost estimating or project management experience. Strong experience estimating Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP scopes. Ability to prepare detailed, line-item estimates and manage project budgets. Experience with cost forecasting, cost analysis, and value engineering . Ability to evaluate subcontractor/vendor pricing for labor and materials. Strong understanding of blueprints, specifications, and construction documents . Proficiency with Bluebeam, RSMeans, PlanSwift, and advanced Excel . Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field .
