Estimator Commercial Flooring Company HTC Commercial Flooring Location 9951 W 190th St. Suite D Mokena, IL •This is not a remote position•Compensation Salary range: $60,000 to $80,000 annually, negotiable based on experience Position Overview HTC Commercial Flooring is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to support our sales and operations teams by preparing accurate and competitive estimates for commercial flooring projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset who enjoys working with numbers, plans, and specifications and wants to grow within the commercial construction industry. The Estimator plays a key role in project success by ensuring bids are thorough, realistic, and aligned with company standards.
