Commercial Electrical Estimator I'm currently partnering with a well-respected electrical contractor that is looking to add a Commercial Electrical Estimator to its team. What You'll Be Doing Reviewing plans, specifications, and bid documents for commercial electrical projects Performing quantity takeoffs and preparing detailed cost estimates Developing budgets for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors Obtaining and evaluating vendor and subcontractor pricing Assisting with the preparation and submission of bid proposals Working closely with project managers and company leadership throughout the bidding process Identifying opportunities to improve project value and competitiveness What They're Looking For Experience estimating commercial electrical construction projects Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems, materials, and installation methods Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills What the Company Offers Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package 401(k) Paid time off and holidays Career growth opportunities Stable pipeline of commercial projects Team-oriented and supportive work environment Ready to take the next step in your career?
