Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager/Estimator to lead complex interior projects from initial conception through successful completion. This role combines the strategic oversight of project planning, budgeting, and scheduling with hands-on estimating and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging construction management software and industry-standard tools to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Your leadership will ensure seamless coordination among teams, contractors, and clients while maintaining compliance with all construction regulations and safety standards. Duties Develop accurate project estimates by analyzing construction plans, specifications, and site conditions using tools like Bluebeam and ProCore. Prepare detailed project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations utilizing project management software. Coordinate construction schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones while managing project scope changes effectively. Lead project teams by managing subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff to foster collaboration and accountability. Oversee construction site activities ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Review construction plans thoroughly for accuracy and constructability; interpret blueprints and technical drawings for project execution. Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to optimize cost management and project profitability. Track project progress through regular reporting on schedule performance, cost control, and quality assurance metrics. Ensure compliance with all relevant construction regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain comprehensive documentation including daily reports, incident logs, inspection records, and regulatory filings. Experience Some experience in construction estimating combined with project management in interior construction environments. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, On Center Software, and other construction management tools. Some background in managing complex interior projects from inception to completion with a focus on cost control and schedule adherence Experience managing teams in a construction management role including subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and internal staff. Ability to read blueprints accurately for estimating and project planning purposes. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on time management to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
