Job Description

Dynacoil, Inc. is a custom stainless steel manufacturing company providing products and services to pharmaceutical, medical and industrial customers. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Estimator to bid HVAC and Pipefitting jobs. We look for this position to advance from estimating with the end goal as a project manager.
Job Description Summary:
  • Analyze and interpret information on plans, specifications, and construction documents
  • Perform take off for all aspects of mechanical piping scope of work
  • Manage bids, including review of addenda, subcontractor quotes, and material/equipment quotes
  • Knowledge of field installation means, methods, and best practices
  • Understand and abide by industry safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with in-house HVAC estimator/division manager and mechanical coordinator
  • Collaborate with in-house fabrication and machining project managers for turn-key proposals
  • Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits, as necessary
Requirements:
  • Ability to estimate construction projects ranging up to $2M, minimum 3 years of experience (piping systems for the following markets including, but not limited to: industrial, pharmaceutical, chemical, food processes, schools, hospitals, office buildings, commercial, and municipal)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to gather and analyze data, define problems, and make sound decisions
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and work well under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Work independently, as well as with a team
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
