This energetic role combines sales expertise with technical estimation skills to drive quality renovation and construction projects. The ideal candidate will excel in outside and inside sales, possess a keen eye for layout and detail, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Duties Engage with clients through outside sales efforts, presenting remodeling solutions that meet their needs and budget Conduct detailed project estimations, including layout design, materials selection, and cost analysis using tools like Excel, SketchUp, Monday.com, and QuickBooks Negotiate project scope, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while upselling premium features and services Collaborate with clients to develop customized interior design concepts that enhance space functionality and aesthetics Work with office staff, in house build team and subcontractors to manage project timelines, budgets, and with clients to ensure high level of communication and seamless execution from start to finish Assist with product demos, merchandising, and marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones Maintain organized records of customer interactions, project estimates, sales pipelines, and account management details Skills Proven experience in outside sales, high-end sales, or retail sales environments with a focus on remodeling or renovation projects Strong proficiency in SketchUp, CAD software, or other layout design tools Excellent skills in Excel, Word, CRM such as Monday.com, and QuickBooks Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to upsell additional services or upgrades effectively Deep understanding of construction processes, material needs, project scope and budgeting, interior design principles, and renovation best practices Exceptional communication skills for customer service, inside sales, and team collaboration Organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Remodeling Sales Manager and Estimator if you're passionate about transforming spaces while delivering outstanding service.
