Indiana , Greencastle Job Description Gpac has partnered with a Mechanical Contractor that is looking to add an HVAC Estimator to their team. The ideall candidate will have experience with HVAC, piping, and plumbing. They are a top tier company that focuses on work life balance.

Estimator Duties:

Ensure timely estimates and submission of proposals with an emphasis on cost, schedule, and scope of work accuracy Understand and manage safety requirements, local building codes, and tax information for each project per location. Manage site walk-throughs and document items observed and discussed with the client or key specialty contractors up to point of bid submission Help build mutually rewarding relationships with potential clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Update and modify estimating database with cost data as required.

Estimator Qualifications:

5 years of experience as an Estimator for a MechanicalContractor Four year degree in Construction Management, Business Management, Engineering or up to four years of directly related experience.
