They focus primarily multifamily and commercial projects, up to $40M in value. Their commitment to employee success is unparalleled, and they are looking for a strong Estimator to grow and develop with their resources and expertise. Job Description Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects. Analyze project requirements and specifications to determine project scope and costs. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to gather necessary information. Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and other technical documents. Develop and maintain a database of costs for labor, materials, and equipment. Contribute to project planning by identifying potential risks and cost-saving opportunities. Present estimates and proposals to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner. Stay updated on market trends and pricing within the construction industry. The Successful Applicant A successful Estimator should have: 5+ years of experience in multifamily construction estimating Strong experience with ground-up construction projects Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience working across commercial sectors (education, municipal, retail, or mixed-use preferred) Proficiency in estimating software and strong Excel capability Strong analytical and communication skills Driven, ambitious mindset with a desire for career progression What's on Offer Competitive annual salary up to $115,000 USD.
