This position plays an important role in connecting design and construction by developing accurate project budgets, analyzing plans and scopes, working with trade partners, and helping ensure our projects are financially positioned for success before they move into construction. We're looking for someone who understands residential construction at a high level and can see potential scope, cost, and constructability issues before they become problems. The right person is detail-oriented, organized, curious, and confident working with numbers and people . You'll work closely with our Designers, Production Manager, Project Managers, vendors, and trade partners on both high-end remodeling and new home construction. If you enjoy digging into the details, building relationships with subcontractors, finding better ways to build, and taking ownership of the financial side of a project, we'd love to talk with you.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
