We know commercial HVAC, we know construction, and we know that experienced people don't need someone looking over their shoulder every five minutes. We are looking for someone who can estimate, manage, communicate, and get the job done. What You'll Be Doing You'll have an important role in our company, working with commercial HVAC projects from the estimating stage through completion.

Large apartment communities Hotels Retirement and senior living facilities Commercial buildings Office and retail projects Other commercial mechanical/HVAC projects Your responsibilities will include: Estimating commercial HVAC/mechanical projects Reviewing plans, specifications, and construction documents Preparing competitive and accurate bids Obtaining and comparing equipment, material, and subcontractor pricing Working with general contractors and customers Managing awarded projects from beginning to completion Coordinating with field personnel, vendors, suppliers, and contractors Managing project schedules, budgets, and change orders Attending project meetings when needed Keeping projects moving and profitable We're Looking for
Someone Who:
