• Project Manager (Sales) Start earning money Day 1 — $800/week draw (recoverable, paid every Friday) + uncapped commission We don't care about your resume.

Generate your own leads, run inspections, close deals Ongoing sales training, flexible schedule, real path to advancement No experience required — we're looking for the right person, not the right resume Must fit our culture: driven, motivated, coachable, team-first Must be willing to climb roofs, drive, and work flexible hours Production Manager $60,000 salary + company truck & fuel card The bridge between our sales team, crews, and homeowners. 75% field / 25% office. Manage daily production schedule for roofing, siding, gutters Bilingual (Spanish) a big plus, not required Home services industry experience preferred CRM experience required (JobNimbus a plus, not required) Must lift 50-80 lbs, climb ladders/roofs, hold a clean driving record AKC Pros is an equal opportunity employer.
