Electrical Engineering Construction Management Full Job Description Summary:

Seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator with expertise in complex plan interpretation and field experience in industrial or commercial construction.

Requirements:

Expertise in reading and interpreting complex plans, specifications, and electrical schematics. Coordination and leadership skills for conversations with vendors, sub-contracts, team members, and community members. Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously. Experience in the industrial or commercial construction industry.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency with estimating software (McCormick preferred) and other construction tools like Bluebeam. Strong understanding of NEC, construction sequencing, and industry best practices. Electrical estimating experience focused on industrial and commercial construction. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related advanced field experience. Supervisory experience leading a team of technical professionals. Experience with design-build or design-assist projects. Familiarity with industrial automation and controls. Strong business acumen to evaluate risk and profitability. Knowledge of local labor markets, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:
