Commercial HVAC Estimator Pay:

$80,000 - $120,000 We are seeking a results-oriented Commercial HVAC Estimator with progressive estimating experience in mechanical construction. Join a contractor with 20+ years delivering HVAC, refrigeration, chilled water, controls, sheet metal, and full lifecycle mechanical services for commercial, healthcare, industrial, hospitality and institutional clients. What You Will Do

• Lead quantity takeoffs, detailed cost builds, and line-item assemblies for commercial HVAC and mechanical scopes
• Review plans/specs for ductwork, piping, equipment, controls, insulating, and balancing scopes
• Prepare complete bid packages for new construction and remodel contracts ($100K-$4M+)
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing
• Identify value-engineering opportunities while protecting margin
• Work with leadership to refine pricing assumptions and model historical data What We Expect
• 3-5+ years commercial HVAC estimating experience
• Proficiency reading blueprints, specifications, and mechanical details
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment, chillers, rooftop units, pumps, VAV/controls, and piping systems
• Strong analytical skills, organized documentation, and estimating software literacy
