Job Summary Handyman Estimator / Office Assistant Affordable Handyman Services is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our growing company. This position involves meeting with customers to prepare handyman estimates, entering estimates and job information into Jobber, and assisting with general office data entry.

Responsibilities:

Meet with customers to assess handyman projects and prepare accurate estimates. Enter estimates, customer information, and job details into Jobber. Maintain organized and accurate records. Communicate professionally with customers and office staff. Assist with scheduling and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic computer skills and ability to learn Jobber software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required. Previous estimating, construction, handyman, or home improvement experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who is honest, reliable, professional, and enjoys helping customers while supporting a fast-paced handyman business.

Pay:

$21.00 - $28.00 per hour
