You'll help keep CRST's Class 8 tractors and trailers on the road, support our drivers, and minimize downtime across the fleet. This is a hands-on role where you'll diagnose issues, perform repairs, and help ensure equipment is ready when our operations need it.
How You'll Work Location :

Erlanger, KY Schedule :
12-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM) on a rotating schedule. You'll work Thursday through Saturday one week and Wednesday through Saturday the following week.
Compensation :
This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the hourly wage range the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position: $26.00-$37.50 per hour. A final offer amount will depend on factors such as prior relevant experience, skills, and location.

What You'll Do Perform preventative maintenance and repair work on Class 8 tractors and trailers Diagnose issues and complete repairs that improve equipment reliability and uptime Complete required inspections and documentation to support DOT compliance standards Accurately record repair details, labor hours, and parts used Move equipment safely throughout the yard and service facility as needed Use shop tools and equipment safely and effectively Help maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment Support CRST's commitment to delivering a Gold Standard level of safety and reliability across our fleet What Great Looks Like Equipment is repaired correctly and ready for service the first time Maintenance work is completed accurately and on schedule Inspection and repair documentation is complete and accurate Equipment downtime is minimized whenever possible Compliance standards are consistently met What You Bring Ability to perform maintenance and repairs on Class 8 tractors and trailers Ability to complete inspections, repair orders, and related documentation accurately Ability to work in a shop environment including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds Must meet minimum tool requirements Going the Extra Mile High school diploma or equivalent Technical training in diesel technology, heavy equipment maintenance, or a related field ASE certifications or other relevant maintenance certifications Experience working in a fleet maintenance or transportation environment Core Values Safety at the Core of All We Do Integrity in Every Decision and Action Commitment to the
