Summary We are seeking an Estimator to join our team at Triple Crown Restoration. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately assessing project costs related to restoration services. Your expertise will help us maintain our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction while ensuring projects are completed within budget. Responsibilities Prepare detailed & accurate estimates for restoration projects including mold, fire, storm, and flood damage. Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure favorable terms Monitor project budgets and assist with implementing cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints. Conduct site visits to assess damage and gather necessary information for estimates Scope and assess damage on-site Draft change orders and supplemental documentation Requirements Proven experience in construction estimating or a related field. Strong knowledge of restoration processes and techniques is preferred. Excellent negotiation and communication skills to interact with clients and adjusters effectively. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in project management or construction management is a plus.
