Job Description:

• Review plans and specifications for commercial and industrial projects bidding.
• Prepare rebar and misc. materials take-offs for quotes.
• Answer sales calls and emails for pricing and material information requests.
• Organize shop drawings, mill certs and product data information for project submittals.

Qualifications:

• Prior estimating experience
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
• Experience using material take-off software (preferred)
• Self-motivated/ Self-stater
• Willingness to seek new responsibilities to growth within MMI.
• College degree or prior industry experience
