Job Description

Estimator / Quoting Coordinator We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator / Quoting Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for evaluating repair opportunities, preparing accurate cost estimates, generating customer quotes, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities Inspect incoming Industrial equipment. Assess repair requirements and develop labor and material estimates. Prepare and submit customer quotations. Coordinate with technicians, purchasing, and production teams. Follow up on quotes and respond to customer inquiries. Monitor job costs and update estimates as needed. Maintain accurate records of quotes, repair orders, and completed projects. Support purchasing and invoice verification activities. Ensure pricing aligns with company profitability goals and customer requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or associate degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in estimating, service coordination, or industrial service administration. Experience with motor repair, rotating equipment, or industrial maintenance environments preferred. Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/job-tracking software. Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
