Day and Evening Shift Available Full Time and Part Time Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Medication Aide (KMA) to join our day and night shift teams in a locally owned and operated nursing home group serving Western Kentucky. Our focus is on providing respectful, attentive care that supports the dignity, comfort, and well-being of each resident. The Medication Aide plays a key role in ensuring medications are administered safely while maintaining a calm and supportive overnight environment. Full Time Positions Essential Duties Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and facility policy Monitor residents for effectiveness of medications and report concerns to nursing staff Accurately document all medication administration in the medical record system Support residents with care needs as appropriate during the shift Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations Contribute to a respectful, resident-centered environment Qualifications Current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in the state of Kentucky Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication administration Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight hours Commitment to professional, compassionate resident care Benefits Competitive pay with night shift differential Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance Paid time off and available benefits package Stable employment with a locally family-owned organization Supportive leadership team and consistent scheduling About Us We are a locally family-owned nursing home group committed to serving our community with integrity and compassion.
