4+ years of Commercial Construction Estimating experience OR Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Related field required Experience Working for a Commercial General Contractor including Ground Up / Renovation Projects required Conceptual Estimating, Budgeting, and Commercial Bid Prep experience preferred Experience with On Screen Takeoff (OST), or Interactive Cost Estimating (ICE) preferred Experience with projects such as Hospitals, Medical facilities, or Healthcare Construction is a plus Rewards forCommercial Construction Estimator:

Commercial Construction Estimator Responsibilities:
Preparing cost estimates and bid proposals for commercial construction projects Responsibilities include reviewing plans and specifications, performing quantity takeoffs, preparing budgets, soliciting subcontractor pricing, analyzing costs, preparing bid packages, supporting value engineering, and coordinating with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients Work may involve ground-up construction, renovations, tenant improvements, healthcare facilities, schools, hotels, office buildings, retail centers, mixed-use developments, municipal buildings, historic restoration projects, and project site visits Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
