Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and craft beers, following established recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering recommendations and ensuring their needs are met promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; handle cash handling with precision. Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations. Develop new beverage recipes and experiment with mixology techniques to enhance the menu offerings. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption to promote a safe environment.

Experience Proven experience working as a bartender in fine dining or upscale hospitality environments. Extensive knowledge of cocktail mixing, beverage recipe development, wine varieties, spirits, brewing processes, and craft beer trends. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively while managing multiple responsibilities seamlessly. Experience in bar management or supervising bar staff is a plus but not required.
