Responsibilities:

Reviewing drawings and technical specifications for project requirements. Estimate material, labor, tooling, and overhead costs for projects. Working with different departments to develop accurate cost estimates. Identify cost-saving opportunities Source and evaluate materials, suppliers, and subcontractor pricing. Prepare and submit detailed proposals and quotations to clients. Assist in project planning to ensure feasibility and profitability. Work with customers regarding project scope, pricing, and lead times.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a sheet metal estimator Experience reading technical drawings. Experience with cost estimation software.
