In this role, you will be working as a Junior Estimator for a client that works in the construction industry. This position will be responsible for estimating new projects and helping track projects costs as projects move through construction. This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site. Bachelors Degree in construction management or architecture Architectural project experience preferred MS Office experience - Excel required Review construction drawings, specifications and other bid documents Perform material and quantity takeoffs Assist in developing labor, material, equipment and other project cost estimates Work with vendors and suppliers Strong math skills #VIS
