PM Job Overview:

Our client is seeking experienced, self-motivated, and driven Residential Electrical Estimator to join their team in Curtis Bay, Maryland. 5-7 years of hands-on experience with residential construction. Skills include reading & interpreting blueprints, strong understanding of local electrical codes, high attention to detail, project management, customer service, and preparation of electrical estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to provide accurate electrical estimates
• Meet with clients to discuss project scope, goals, and specifications
• Prepare cost estimates based on labor, materials, and other project requirements
• Analyze labor costs, overhead, and material prices to ensure competitive and profitable estimates
• Collaborate with the project management team to track project timelines and budgets
• Provide detailed reports and documentation for all projects
• Ensure all estimates comply with local building codes and safety regulations

Job Requirements:

• Journeyman license a plus (not-required)
• Proven experience as an electrical estimator in the residential sector
• Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, local building codes, and safety regulations
• Motivated and driven with a focus on production and efficiency
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Represents company in professional manner with excellent communication and customer service skills All candidates must pass standard background & drug test
