Job Description
Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of electrical estimating experience. Strong commercial electrical construction estimating background required. Knowledge of electrical construction practices, NEC (National Electrical Code), and fire alarm systems. Ability to interpret complex electrical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and technical documents. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Teams. Preferred Qualifications Previous field experience as a licensed electrician. Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline. Experience estimating large-scale commercial projects. Experience with schools, hospitals, federal facilities, or other complex commercial construction projects. Experience mentoring or leading estimating teams.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per yearBenefits:
