We're a growing construction team in Largo, MD , focused on commercial interiors and ground-up builds , and we're looking for someone who can own the numbers, build strong subs relationships, and drive smart bids . ???? What You'll Do Lead takeoffs, bid leveling, and budget creation Work on commercial interiors + ground-up projects Build and manage strong subcontractor relationships Partner with ops teams to ensure smooth project handoff ???? What You Bring Experience with a General Contractor (GC) Background in commercial interiors and/or ground-up construction Strong takeoffs + Bluebeam skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-driven ????
