Salary:
$70,000-$95,000 annually We are seeking an experienced HVAC Estimator to join a growing commercial HVAC team. This position is ideal for someone with strong estimating skills, a customer-first mindset, and a solid understanding of commercial HVAC products and systems. You'll work closely with customers and the sales team to develop competitive proposals, manage projects, and deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate estimates and quotations for commercial HVAC projects. Interpret construction plans and specifications to develop competitive bids. Source and cross-reference HVAC equipment and materials. Support design-build projects with estimating and product recommendations. Generate customer quotes, process orders, and provide pricing solutions. Partner with the outside sales team to support customer projects and business development. Coordinate material procurement and issue purchase orders as needed. Schedule deliveries and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders. Resolve customer questions and service concerns professionally and efficiently. Process pricing adjustments, returns, and credits in accordance with company procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in HVAC estimating or commercial HVAC is required. Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and applications. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet-based applications. Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail. Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and build customer relationships. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding customer service skills and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment while managing multiple priorities. Professional demeanor with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
