Assistant Estimator (Entry Level) Launch your construction career with ACE Acoustics! Are you organized, detail-oriented, and looking for a career where you can learn and grow? ACE Acoustics is looking for an Assistant Estimator to join our team in Scarborough, Maine. This is a great opportunity for someone just starting out in construction, construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field. If you're willing to learn, we'll teach you the rest. What You'll Do Assist with quantity takeoffs from construction drawings Review project plans and specifications Request and compare material pricing from vendors Help prepare bids and proposals Organize estimating files and bid documents Track bid results and maintain estimating records Learn directly from experienced estimators on commercial construction projects What We're Looking For 2 years of construction experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable, dependable, and able to meet deadlines Bonus Points If You Have Degree or coursework in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field Interest in commercial construction and estimating Familiarity with takeoff or estimating software (not required - training provided) Experience in construction or a specialized sub-contractor field Why ACE Acoustics?
