Job Description
HPB Apartments is looking for a reliable, hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team! We are seeking someone who is a hands-on, dependable all-around maintenance person who takes pride in keeping our apartment properties safe, clean, and well-maintained. Job Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have general maintenance experience and some knowledge of: Basic plumbing Basic electrical/wiring General repairs and troubleshooting Painting, carpentry, and other handyman tasks Apartment maintenance and upkeep Snow removal and winter property maintenance Ability to respond to maintenance needs and complete jobs efficiently Keeping properties clean, safe, and in good condition Requirements Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle Legally authorized to work in the United States Dependable and punctual Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills Previous maintenance, handyman, apartment maintenance, or construction experience preferred
Pay:
From $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
