You will be working on challenging, high-value projects where your input directly impacts bid strategy, resourcing, and project wins. This is a very exciting position for someone who knows geotechnical techniques and wants to step into an estimating role with real responsibility and visibility. Within this position, you will be based in the office, where you will be responsible for scoping projects, taking a deeper dive into technical documentation, completing take-offs, planning logistics, building crews/equipment, and producing accurate bids with a structured two-step review process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong geotechnical experience-whether you've been estimating already or you've been on the project/field side-looking to move into a role with stability, strong benefits, and long-term progression.
