Job Description Develop detailed conceptual estimates based on project scope and design documents. Collaborate with project managers and architects to align budgets with project requirements. Analyze market trends and material costs to provide accurate pricing recommendations. Prepare cost breakdowns and presentations for stakeholders. Review and validate subcontractor and supplier proposals for accuracy and feasibility. Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options. Maintain updated cost databases and historical cost records. Support bid preparation and negotiation processes as required.
