In this Senior Project Manager / Estimator opportunity, you'll help win bids and drive projects through installation and completion. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Project Manager/Estimator position include: Approximately 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial flooring, tile, stone, or a closely related flooring construction environment. Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, construction drawings, and project specifications. Prepare accurate estimates and competitive bids, including detailed material takeoffs and quantity calculations. Manage multiple estimates and projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines. Coordinate with general contractors, clients, architects/designers, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and field crews. Create, submit, and manage contracts, change orders, purchase orders, quotes, and material/labor pricing throughout the project lifecycle. Track budgets, schedules, job costs, and project profitability; order and schedule materials and deliveries. Conduct job site visits, attend pre-installation and progress meetings, troubleshoot field issues, and oversee installation scheduling and closeout.

Salary:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
