Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Electrical Estimator/Project Manager to collaborate with our estimating team to lead the planning, estimating, and execution of small, medium and large-scale electrical projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong leadership and technical expertise in electrical systems and construction management. Responsibilities Prepare detailed electrical project estimates using construction estimating software and industry best practices Review construction drawings, schematics, and technical specifications to develop accurate project scopes Coordinate project schedules with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams using project management tools Manage project budgets, track costs, and implement cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle Oversee permitting processes and ensure compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code), NFPA 70 standards, and local electrical building codes Lead project meetings to facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure timely progress Review construction plans for accuracy and constructability while managing contract negotiations and change orders Skills Proficiency with project management software or equivalent tools Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, system design, and electrical blueprint reading Journeyman Electrician experienced in managing small meduim and large electrical projects within commercial or industrial settings Familiarity with construction scheduling, site coordination, and project contract management Deep understanding of electrical codes including NEC and NFPA 70 compliance requirements Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively Proven leadership abilities in managing teams and coordinating construction activities on-site Skilled in construction drawing review, schematic interpretation, and system design analysis Join our team and become a shareholder in a company that values innovation, integrity, and excellence.
