What You'll Do Meet with homeowners and business owners to inspect roofs and assess needs Measure roofs and gather details to prepare accurate proposals Present roofing solutions clearly and professionally Build trust and long-term customer relationships Follow up on proposals and manage your sales pipeline Work with our internal team to ensure projects move smoothly once sold How Leads Work Our sales team is supported by multiple lead sources so you can focus on closing opportunities. Repeat customers and referrals Marketing and advertising campaigns Our internal call center Community relationships and networking Top performers also build their own pipeline through referrals and community connections. What We're Looking For Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and goal oriented Organized and dependable Ability to work outdoors and stay active Sales experience preferred but not required Roofing or construction experience helpful but we will train the right candidate Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation Commission-only with uncapped earning potential Your income is directly tied to your effort and results.
