Gov Site for daily RFP postings. Evaluate scope of work, request project specifications, and review site conditions to generate estimates for new RFP's and current customers. Perform site measurements for scope of work, both virtually and physical onsite. Conduct comprehensive cost forecasting, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs if any, to prepare accurate and competitive project estimates. Identify when equipment allocations are required/recommended and estimate values. Prepare detailed and professional bid proposals, ensuring compliance with project requirements and specifications within Bidnet direct and sam.gov Identify potential risks and challenges associated with each project and develop strategies to mitigate them. Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and any subcontractors to gather necessary information and address any inquiries related to estimates. Be the Project lead for quotes that generate into jobs. Follow the full project through from estimation to completion, ensuring completion for customer satisfaction. MIUST be able to use Jobber CRM, Bidnet direct and Sam.gov software's to create quotes as applicable. Ensure that any quality issues with the job are resolved for client satisfaction. Other misc. tasks as applicable to follow through. Monitor maintenance sites for quality performance and report any suggested improvements. Qualifications

The position plays a crucial role in assessing municipal and government project requirements, analyzing costs, and preparing accurate estimates for contracts, property enhancement and landscape design projects. The Estimator will have a strong background in landscape maintenance and snow removal, and who is familiar with Bidnet and Sam.gov. Responsible for reviewing RFP's, calculating costs of the job, creating quotes, projecting the labor, materials, and equipment required to complete the requested job. Following through with Supervisor on awarded quotes for successful completion of the project. If you experienced with municipal and government contract bidding, are motivated and have the ability to work independently and with others, and a strong desire for landscaping. MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE
that is familiar with Bidnet direct and Sam.gov. Have a strong background in landscape maintenance and snow removal, in the industry. Certified Professional Estimator (CPE)with a bachelor's degree in agriculture, Landscape Architecture or a related field preferred. Excellent research, writing, and negotiation skills Strong knowledge of landscape materials, methods, plants, industry trends and best practices. Ensure proper handoff of project-to-Project Manager. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong Customer Service and Computer skills in relevant software (Jobber, Bidnet Direct, Sam.gov) Understanding of gross profit margins and net profit. Analytical and mathematical skills for estimation. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently. Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.Benefits
