We're looking for an Estimating Data Processor to support our estimating and pricing team by turning project specifications, blueprints, and vendor quotes into accurate cost and production data. Key Responsibilities Prepare custom estimates based on customer requirements. Calculate material, labor, production costs, and timelines. Review specifications, layouts, pricing, and schedules to determine efficient production methods. Obtain competitive pricing and scheduling from vendors. Maintain vendor relationships and stay current on industry technology. Compare estimated vs. actual production costs and support continuous improvement. Qualifications Print industry estimating/planning experience or education in graphic arts or a related field. Knowledge of prepress, sheet-fed offset, digital printing, and bindery operations. Strong math, computer, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; Pace experience is a plus. Experience with plastic and paper substrates preferred. Detail-oriented, customer-focused, positive team player.
