Job Description
Key Qualifications:
Valid teaching license with Special Education endorsement or certification. Experience working with students with a range of disabilities, including learning, behavioral, or developmental needs. Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively collaborate with staff and families. Flexibility, creativity, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom community.Primary Responsibilities:
Design and deliver individualized instruction based on each students IEP goals. Adapt general education curriculum to meet unique learning needs. Conduct assessments, maintain documentation, and report progress in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Work closely with paraprofessionals, related service providers, and families to support student achievement. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams.Benefits Include:
