Job Description Project Development Assist in business development and client presentations. Assemble costs, prepare proposals, and other tasks associated with project development. Act as a customer liaison to coordinate with subcontractors, municipality and governing authorities, and others. Total Project Management Manage financial aspects of the project including cost dissection, margin projections, and subcontract bids, awards, and invoices. Communicate with the owner, including responding to change order requests, invoicing, and coordinating finish selections. Procure permits and otherwise coordinate with municipalities. Manage design disciplines, project schedule, and shop drawing review and approval. Coordinate with your projects' Superintendent on all matters including safety, quality, and schedule. The Successful Applicant Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related area of study 5-15 years of construction experience working light industrial, commercial, Design/Build projects, mix of ground up and TI/additions Motivated to learn and advance at a fast pace Working knowledge of commercial construction technology and details. Must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
