This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for an established exterior remodeling professional who can independently measure, estimate, sell, and prepare residential and commercial projects for production.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3 years of active experience measuring, estimating, and selling exterior remodeling projects
• Residential AND commercial exterior remodeling experience
• Proven experience with roofing, siding, windows, and doors, decks, & gutters
• Commercial roofing experience, including inspection, measurement, estimating, and sales
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints, plans, drawings, and specifications
• Experience completing material takeoffs and developing estimates from blueprints and field measurements
• Working knowledge of residential and commercial roofing systems, exterior materials, installation requirements, and construction practices
• Ability to prepare accurate estimates, proposals, contracts, scopes of work, material information, and work orders
• Strong sales, communication, organization, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Candidates without the required residential and commercial exterior remodeling experience will not be considered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet with homeowners, business owners, property managers, general contractors, and other decision-makers
• Inspect and accurately measure roofing and exterior remodeling projects
• Read blueprints and construction documents and complete project takeoffs
• Develop accurate estimates, proposals, scopes of work, and contracts
• Sell residential and commercial roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and related exterior projects
• Develop commercial accounts and relationships with property owners, businesses, contractors, and referral partners
• Generate self-sourced opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community involvement
• Manage company-provided leads and maintain consistent customer follow-up
• Maintain appropriate project margins and meet established sales goals
• Provide complete measurements, material information, work orders, contracts, photos, and documentation for production
• Participate in pre-production meetings and ensure sold projects are properly prepared for installation
• Work closely with production and office teams from sale through project completion

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE

We are looking for someone who can sell the job, accurately estimate it, and properly prepare it for production. The right person is experienced, self-motivated, organized, accountable, comfortable closing sales, and capable of managing their own pipeline. They understand that successful sales require both company-generated opportunities and actively developing their own business.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base Pay & Commission-based compensation for the first 6 months. Full commission after 6-month onboarding period. Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match
