Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for commercial and industrial construction projects. Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor bids to develop competitive proposals. Collaborate with project managers and field teams to align budgets with project execution. Maintain strong vendor and subcontractor relationships to ensure reliable pricing. Identify potential risks, cost-saving opportunities, and ensure all estimates reflect high standards of quality and accuracy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2-5 years of estimating experience in construction preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
