Job Description
ISC is currently looking for an Estimator to join our team and assist us in continuing a 46-year tradition of delivering quality driven construction projects in the industrial water and wastewater market. As ISC has been under a steady growth pattern, we are looking for a team member who is motivated by opportunity and willing to take ownership of their responsibilities as we scale into the next phase of the company's growth. This key position will be a critical part of our growing team and help shape the projects we approach, bid, and build. The estimator will be responsible for determining the total cost and timeline of bidding opportunities by analyzing drawings, specifications, performing quantity takeoffs, calculating material quantities, estimating labor and equipment costs, and soliciting subcontractor quotes. Key duties will include quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, subcontractor coordination, value engineering, risk assessments, schedule development, and bid submissions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, working through project details, and helping turn opportunities into successful construction projects.
