Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented insurance based Construction Estimator to join our team and drive the success of our construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, using company supplied software. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality construction solutions with details and negotiations with insurance carriers. Responsibilities Review and interpret construction repairs after the mitigation process has been completeed. Utilize estimating software such as Xactimate, and other construction management tools to develop detailed project estimates. Experience Proven experience in construction estimating for repairs, remodeling and insurance claims. Strong proficiency with estimating software such as HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Xactimate, along with construction management software. Skilled in negotiation with insurance carriers. Construction site experience is highly desirable to better understand on-the-ground realities impacting estimates. Excellent communication skills for client interactions, team collaboration, and presenting detailed estimates clearly.
